Questions
All Mexican fishing licenses are included in every charter. You don't need to arrange anything separately — it's all handled before departure.
We recommend taking seasickness medication the night before and morning of your trip. Dramamine and Bonine are available at pharmacies in Tulum. If you've been seasick before, opt for the half-day inshore trip which stays closer to shore and in calmer waters.
Yes, within legal limits. Billfish (sailfish, marlin) must be released under Mexican regulations, but mahi-mahi, wahoo, tuna, snook and other edible species are yours to keep. We'll ice them and can fillet on board (all-inclusive trip) or at the dock.
Sunscreen (reef-safe), polarized sunglasses, a hat, comfortable clothes you don't mind getting wet, non-slip shoes or sandals, your camera, and any personal medication. Everything fishing-related is provided.
During peak season (March–May, November) we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. In the off-season, a few days is usually fine, though earlier is always better to guarantee your preferred date and time.
Absolutely. Our captains love working with first-timers and will teach you everything from casting to fighting a fish. The half-day inshore charter is specifically designed with beginners in mind — calm waters, easy-to-target species, and no prior experience required.
No deposit needed to reserve your spot. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
